If you have any questions regarding the Miele Vacuum part you need, send your inquiry along with the Miele description and model number to info@napasewandvac.com. We monitor our email daily and promptly respond to all inquiries.

Miele doesn't accept part returns unless they're in the original unopened packaging. If you have any questions regarding the correctness of the part, or part installation, you should take your Miele Vacuum to an Authorized Miele Dealer. They will take responsibility for the parts installed to correct your problem. Miele accepts Miele part returns but requires a return authorization, RA#. Submit return inquiries to info@napasewandvac.com.

Napa Sew & Vac accepts part returns for exceptions but will incur a 25% restocking fee. Return postage/fees will be paid by the customer. Ship your return to Napa Sew & Vac, 2477 Solano Ave, Napa, CA 94558. A credit against your purchase will be issued upon receipt.
