Miele doesn't accept part returns accept if they are in the orignal unopened packaging. If you have any question regarding the correctness of the part or the parts installation, you should take your Miele Vacuum to an Authorized Miele Dealer. They will take responsibility for the parts installed to correct your problem.
Part returns will incur a 25% restocking fee. Return postage/fees will be paid by the customer.
