Can't find it? Contact the parts department manager, with your model number and part description using my email 24/7:  russell@napasewandvac.com.
Defective part delivered? Send a picture of the defect along with your explanation and order number to my email russell@napasewandvac.com. We will file a request for a return authorization, a return label, and a part replacement. 
Change of Heart? Buyers Remorse?
Part returns will be accepted only if in original unopened packaging and will incur a 15% restocking fee. Return postage/fees will be paid by the customer. Ship the part along with a copy of the invoice to:
Napa Sew & Vac, 2477 Solano Ave, Napa, CA 94558. A refund minus a 15% restock fee will be posted to your account upon receipt.
