Can't find it? Contact the parts department manager, with your model number and part description using my email 24/7:  russell@napasewandvac.com. We monitor our email daily and promply respond to inquiries.
 
Miele doesn't accept part returns accept if they are in the orignal unopened packaging. If you have any question regarding the correctness of the part or the parts installation, you should take your Miele Vacuum to an Authorized Miele Dealer. They will take responsibility for the parts installed to correct your problem.

Part returns will be accepted only if in original unopened packaging and will incur a 25% restocking fee. Return postage/fees will be paid by the customer.
Ship the part along with a copy of the invoice to:
Napa Sew & Vac, 2477 Solano Ave, Napa, CA 94558.
Please provide a tracking number.
A refund minus a 25% restock fee will be posted to your account upon receipt.
