Miele doesn't accept part returns unless they're in the original unopened packaging. Miele requires a return authorization for errant part orders. The customer is required to pay label fees for any returned parts ordered due to mistaken part identity. If you have any questions regarding the correctness of the part, or part installation, take your Miele Vacuum to an Authorized Miele Dealer. They will take responsibility for the parts installed to correct your problem.

Part returns will be accepted only if in original unopened packaging and will incur a 25% restocking fee. Return postage/fees will be paid by the customer. Please provide a tracking number.

Ship the part along with a copy of the invoice to:

A refund minus a 25% restock fee will be posted to your account upon receipt.
